The Campus Management and Development Office provides overall facility management service to university premises, and manage capital and alteration & additions works with the objective of maintaining a physical environment which is conducive to teaching, research, learning and living. The scope of functions include campus construction and renovation works, energy management and control, staff housing, space allocation, dining and retail outlet services, cleaning service, building service and maintenance, audio-visual service, landscape and waterbody management, security, transportation and parking, and a wide range of logistic support services.
The Office has four sub-units namely Campus Services Section, Construction and Facilities Maintenance Section, Electrical and Mechanical Section, and Security and Facilities Services Section, with each providing their specialized services aiming at better managing the campus to support the University’s mission and goals.
